Brouhaha Restaurant and Brewery Maleny Sunshine Coast

To manage capacity we will be holding three lunch sittings, 11 am, 12:30 pm and 2 pm, and a Friday dinner sitting at 6:30 pm. Each sitting will have a time limit of 1 and a half hours per sitting.

We are now open late on Friday nights. Our Bar Snack menu will run from 11 am until 8 pm and our Restaurant menu will start up again at 6:30 pm.

Cut of the day

We use nose-to-tail cooking for the animals we receive from Maleny Wagyu & Belvedere Farm Heritage Breed Pork. While this means we cannot always guarantee a steak on our menu, we can assure you that each cut is ethically raised and skilfully prepared.

Sourced locally from Pt Cartwright Seafood Market, our Chefs create new and exciting dishes each week using the freshest local seafood.
