Brouhaha Restaurant and Brewery Maleny Sunshine Coast

To manage capacity we will be holding three lunch sittings, 11 am, 12:30 pm and 2 pm, and a Friday dinner sitting at 6:30 pm. Each sitting will have a time limit of 1 and a half hours per sitting.

We are now open late on Friday nights. Our Bar Snack menu will run from 11 am until 8 pm and our Restaurant menu will start up again at 6:30 pm.

We use nose-to-tail cooking for the animals we receive from Maleny Wagyu & Belvedere Farm Heritage Breed Pork. While this means we cannot always guarantee a steak on our menu, we can assure you that each cut is ethically raised and skillfully prepared.
