Brouhaha Brewery and Restaurant adopts the principles of its hometown, Maleny. Embracing community, a slower pace and fresh local produce in how we brew our craft beer and create our seasonal menu.
Our core range of beers has been carefully crafted and designed to tempt beer drinkers to start a journey with craft brewing and to encourage people to drink better beer.
Brouhaha is proud to have built strong partnerships with local producers and to prepare meals with the freshest ingredients the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Our Head Chef, James Ostridge, make it a priority to use local producers when designing our seasonally changing menus.
We work with Maleny Wagyu, Maleny Food Co., The Falls Farm and Good Harvest Organics and provide our guests with only the best locally sourced produce from the Maleny and Sunshine Coast Hinterland Regions.
Our mission at Brouhaha Brewery is to introduce our community to the word of craft beer. With eight beers in our core range of beer, it has been designed to take drinkers a journey with craft brewing. But our seasonal range is where things start to get really exciting.
We are a big fan of experimenting and batch splitting at Brouhaha and our Head Brewer, Matt Jancauskas, has created over 40 different beer recipes since we opened our doors in June 2016.

We are always making noise!
