We have been hard at work brewing a couple of limited release beers. Beers that fit nicely into this colder weather we have been having.
But don't worry. We haven't been doing this hard work alone. We enlisted the help of one of our neighbours here on the Southern end of the Sunshine Coast to help us out.
Groundskeeper Willie gave us a helping hand to brew an Extra Shot Extra Stout. With their knowledge for coffee, and our eye for beer, we created something that was extravagant and balanced. With a coffee hit. Groundskeeper Willie coffee pampers dark chocolate malt and a tight bitterness. A stout for those wanting a little bit... extra.
And because we can, we felt like making an imperial version of our Strawberry Rhubarb Sour. Sitting at 8%, this is a delicious beer that will knock your socks off. But don't let the ABV fool you, this beer is pure silk. Strawberries and Rhubarb tear up the dance floor in this imperial take on our most popular beer.
