After a two year hiatus due to that pesky pandemic, The Curate Plate is offering up a 2022-size service of food and beverage experience across the Sunshine Coast.
From 29 July-7 August, the Sunshine Coast's restaurants, farms, tourism and event operators will throw open their doors. On offer will be the best of the Sunshine Coast’s local food and beverage experiences across ten days.
Brouhaha will be offering two different hands-on learning (and drinking) experiences.
The Brewer's Bento - Food and Beer Pairing MasterClass

We have crafted a three-course menu, using bite-sized dishes of local produce, and paired each with a different beer style. Our knowledgable beer nerds will guide you through each course and its paired beer style. Introducing the flavour characteristics and guidelines to find the perfect beer/food partnership.

Join Brouhaha Maleny's Lead Brewer, Thijmen, and learn the art of crafting great beer. Our Brewer for a Day is a hands-on experience, teaching the process behind brewing beer on a commercial level.
Starting at 6:30 am for a 7am start, you will learn how we brew a limited release beer. From milling malt in the morning, adding hops to the boil and finishing the day with fermentation. You will experience a tasting and pairing sessions, a "Brew and A" session with our lead brewery and a tasty lunch to finish the day off.
Every attendee will leave with a 4 pack of Brouhaha beer and stubbie cooler.
