Thanks to the ongoing support from our loyal supporters, now is the right time for us to expand our production and diversify and enrich the Brouhaha experience across both venues.
The second brewery will be a game-changer for us at Brouhaha. The production space will quadruple our beer production and offer an entirely different brewery experience to locals and tourists alike. It will allow us to grow the production of our core range, expand on our current distribution and ensure consistency and quality well into the future.
Our brewery in Maleny will always be where we started. We will continue producing the broad and seasonal beer varieties that complement our restaurant and people who come in looking to sample and explore quality new craft beer varieties. The new production space will free up our Maleny brewery and allow us to experiment with new seasonals and limited release beers. There may even be a barrel ageing program in the plans...
Our new brewery will be a custom-designed building that is due for completion in September 2021. It will house a state-of-the-art brew kit that will cater for the growing demand for Brouhaha’s premium beverages well into the future.
A two-story custom taproom will be the centrepiece of the site offering a new experience for customers who can enjoy their favourite beverage straight from the tanks.
With production scaling up, we are proud to be able to create more jobs in this growing industry. We are excited to grow the Brouhaha team in all aspects of the business and be able to offer opportunities across both sites and multiple different careers and industries.
