Maleny Wagyu tomahawk night, its been a while but it’s back.
Farmer Ken from Maleny Wagyu is a local food hero, so we want to do his produce justice.

Rosemary bread with bone marrow butter, fire roasted capsicum Avjar.

Proper beef jus and Roasted seasonal vegetables.
