Our eight beer core range was designed to be diverse, encourage beer exploration while still being approachable for those just starting their craft beer journey. Along with a selection of limited release, collaboration and seasonal brews, we believe that we have brewed something for everyone.
Located steps away from our restaurant is our 15hL Spark Brew Kit and seven fermentation tanks, totalling to 150hL of fermentation space. Our craft brewery is operating five days a week, which means there is a good chance that you will catch one of our brewers in action.
Our Head Chef, James Ostridge, prioritises using locally sourced, fresh produce to ensure the best of the Sunshine Coast is served up on your plate. Beer is always on our mind. When designing our menu, our Chefs include our beer in their recipes to create a menu of meals to pair perfectly with our selection of craft beers.
