Sunshine Coast Restaurant Spring Menu Sneak Peak

The cold weather of the Maleny Winter has left us behind, and the temperature is slowly rising. Our Chefs have designed a beautiful new Spring Menu to match the weather and the fresh Sunshine Coast seasonal produce.

Starting tomorrow we will have a new menu, full to the brim with new dishes and old ones reimagined. 

To get those mouths watering and those taste buds warmed up, we thought we would give you a little sneak peek of some of the new dishes we will have to offer.

Fraser Isle Spanner Crab Soft Taco

Grilled Hinterland corn salsa, charred lime, avocado, aioli(DF)

Scallop & Prawn Ceviche

Noosa scallop, Mooloolaba prawn, green mango, cucumber, Green Valley finger limes(GF/DF)

Slow Roasted Porchetta

Ethically sourced free-range pork with a rosemary, apricot & bacon stuffing, lemon & herb white beans, green mojo verde

Deep-Fried Crispy Chilli Beef Salad

Marinated Maleny Wagyu, green mango, cucumber & nam jim slaw, coconut chilli sambal, fresh lime(GF0)
