Brouhaha is proud to have built strong partnerships with local producers and to prepare meals with the freshest ingredients the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Our Chefs make it a priority to use local producers when designing our seasonally changing menus. We work with Maleny Wagyu, Maleny Food Co., The Falls Farm and Good Harvest Organics and provide our guests with only the best locally sourced produce from the Maleny and Sunshine Coast Hinterland Regions.

Head Chef, James Ostridge, carefully creates a menu of specials each day that utilise the fresh harvest of ingredients delivered to our brewery.
