Pouring a rich dark black with a lovely copper head, the nose oozes dark chocolate with a lovely hint of berries. A total of 8 different malts (plus lactose) create a rich, complex malt body reminiscent of chocolate. The addition of 120kg of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and boysenberries added into secondary fermentation create a luscious mouthfeel and tart finish to cut through the decadence. Forget dessert, this is black forest in liquid form.
