A change of seasons means a change of menu. Head Chef James has worked his magic in designing our new Summer Menu. Making the most of the beautiful seasonal produce we have on the coast. James has created a menu that will pair perfectly with a cold beer on a hot summers day.
The Maleny Wagyu Hotdog is a re-imagining of our bangers. A mouth-watering Maleny Wagyu sausage served on a toasted brioche bun. Topped off with house-made pickles. Pair this bad boy with our New Zealand Pale Ale, and you are on to a winner.
The introduction of a Cold Seafood Platter goes great with a cold beer. Mooloolaba Prawns, local bugs, Fraser Isle Spanner Crab crostini and Brouhaha Beer cured salmon. A deliciously light, yet filling feast that pairs perfectly with our Raspberry Saison.
And for something a little bit lighter, we have a Maleny Buffalo Feta Salad. A delicious brick of Maleny Buffalo Feta served with local heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers and olives and some slices of basil toast. The creamy and tangy characteristics of the feta will pair perfectly with our refreshingly crisp Maleny Lager.
